1. Nach Eintritt der Rechtskraft des Einleitungsbeschlusses und Abnahme des Werkes erarbeitet der Gemeindevorstand den Kostenverteiler.
2. Der Kostenverteiler umfasst mindestens eine Zusammenstellung der Gesamtkosten des Werkes unter Angabe allfälliger Subventionen, einen eventuellen Plan mit Beitragszonen sowie die Aufteilung der Kosten unter den Beitragspflichtigen samt Erläuterungen.
