Art. 4 VVzOHG · Ermittlung des Sachverhaltes

1. Zur Ermittlung des Sachverhaltes kann das Amt Beteiligte und Auskunftspersonen befragen, amtliche Akten, Urkunden und Sachverständige beiziehen sowie andere zweckmässige Erhebungen vornehmen.

2. Reichen diese Untersuchungsmittel zur Abklärung des Sachverhaltes nicht aus, können von Amtes wegen oder auf Antrag Zeugen einvernommen Werden. Die Bestimmungen der Zivilprozessordnung über den Zeugenbeweis finden sinngemäss Anwendung.

3. Das Opfer ist verpflichtet, an der Feststellung des Sachverhaltes mitzuwirken.

4. Das Amt ist an Begehren zur Ermittlung des Sachverhaltes nicht gebunden.
