Art. 8 ABzUG · Mietzins

1. In die Berechnung des Lebensbedarfs ist der ortsübliche Mietzins einer preisgünstigen Wohnung für die entsprechende Haushaltsgrösse zuzüglich Nebenkosten einzubeziehen. Überhöhte Wohnkosten sind nur bis zum nächsten Kündigungstermin zu übernehmen.
