Unterstützungsleistungen der Gemeinde
Art. 5 ABzUG · Vermögensfreibetrag
1. Folgende Vermögensbeträge sind bei der Berechnung der Unterstützungsbedürftigkeit und der Bemessung der Unterstützung nicht anzurechnen
a) * Einzelpersonen: Fr. 6000.-
b) * Ehepaare: Fr. 12 000.-
c) * Minderjährige Kinder: Fr. 3000.-
d) * Maximal pro Familie: Fr. 15 000.-
2. Hausrat und persönliche Effekten sind nicht in die Berechnung des Vermögens einzubeziehen.
