Art. 1 ABzUG · Grundsatz

1. Für die Bemessung der Unterstützung durch die zuständige Gemeinde im Sinne von Artikel 2 des Gesetzes sind die Richtlinien der Schweizerischen Konferenz für Sozialhilfe für die Ausgestaltung und Bemessung der Sozialhilfe vom April 2005 mit den nachfolgenden Konkretisierungen und Einschränkungen massgebend.
