Art. 10 KPVG · Verwirkung
1. Die Ansprüche auf individuelle Prämienverbilligungen verwirken, wenn
a) die Anmeldung nicht innerhalb der vorgeschriebenen Fristen eingereicht wird;
b) * anspruchsbegründende Änderungen nicht innerhalb der vorgeschriebenen Fristen mitgeteilt werden;
c) * die nachgeforderten Unterlagen nicht fristgerecht eingehen;
d) * die Ermächtigung zur Auskunftserteilung verweigert wird.
