Art. 8 VRG · Einhaltung

1. Eingaben müssen spätestens am letzten Tag der Frist einer schweizerischen Poststelle, einer schweizerischen diplomatischen oder konsularischen Vertretung oder innerhalb der Bürozeit der zuständigen Behörde übergeben werden.

2. Die Frist gilt auch als gewahrt, wenn die Eingabe rechtzeitig bei einer unzuständigen Behörde eingereicht worden ist.

3. Eine Zahlung an die Behörde ist rechtzeitig erfolgt, wenn innert der Frist

a) der Betrag einer schweizerischen Poststelle übergeben worden ist oder

b) der Zahlungsauftrag zur sofortigen Belastung eines Kontos in der Schweiz der Bank oder einer schweizerischen Poststelle übergeben und der Betrag innert banküblicher Frist der Behörde gutgeschrieben worden ist.
