Art. 74 VRG · Kostenvorschuss
1. Die Behörde kann von der gesuchstellenden, der beschwerdeführenden oder der klagenden Partei einen Kostenvorschuss verlangen.
2. Für die Leistung des Kostenvorschusses ist der Partei eine angemessene Frist zu setzen.
3. Leistet die Partei den Kostenvorschuss trotz Androhung der Säumnisfolgen nicht fristgemäss, ist auf ihr Begehren nicht einzutreten.
