Art. 7 VRG · Berechnung

1. Fristen, die durch eine Mitteilung, eine amtliche Publikation oder den Eintritt eines Ereignisses ausgelöst werden, beginnen am folgenden Tag zu laufen.

1bis. Bei elektronischer Eröffnung gilt die Mitteilung im Zeitpunkt des erstmaligen Abrufs beim Übermittlungssystem der Adressatin oder des Adressaten oder der Vertretung als erfolgt, spätestens jedoch am siebten Tag nach der Übermittlung an deren elektronische Zustelladresse.

2. Ist der letzte Tag der Frist ein Samstag, ein Sonntag oder ein staatlich anerkannter Feiertag, endet sie am nächstfolgenden Werktag.

3. Falsche Fristangaben in einem Entscheid dürfen für die betroffene Partei keine Nachteile zur Folge haben.
