Art. 47 VRG · Vorfragen und Teilurteil

1. Das Obergericht ist auch zu der für die Beurteilung der Hauptsache unerlässlichen Beantwortung von Vorfragen zuständig.

2. Es kann das Verfahren aussetzen, bis die Vorfrage durch die ordentlicherweise zuständige Instanz entschieden ist.

3. Ist ein Teil des Streitgegenstandes zur Entscheidung reif, kann das Gericht ein Teilurteil erlassen.
