Art. 40 VRG · Beiladung

1. Die Instruktionsrichterin oder der Instruktionsrichter lädt Dritte, die durch den Entscheid in ihren schutzwürdigen Interessen berührt werden, von Amtes wegen oder auf Antrag zur Teilnahme am Verfahren ein.

2. Nimmt die beigeladene Person am Verfahren teil, stehen ihr die gleichen Rechte zu wie den Hauptparteien. Es können ihr auch Kosten auferlegt werden.

3. Durch die Beiladung wird der Entscheid auch für die Beigeladenen verbindlich.
