Art. 18 VRG · Verfahrensdisziplin

1. Die am Verfahren Beteiligten und ihre Vertreterinnen und Vertreter haben sich gegenüber den Behörden und unter sich anständig zu verhalten und jede mutwillige Streitsucht und Trölerei zu vermeiden.

2. Mutwillige Einleitung oder Führung eines Verfahrens sowie grobe Verletzung des Anstandes gegenüber Behörden und Mitbeteiligten ahndet die in der Sache selbst entscheidende Behörde mit Verweis oder Ordnungsbusse bis 1000 Franken.
