Art. 10 VRG · Wiederherstellung
1. Versäumte Fristen können nur wiederhergestellt werden, wenn die Partei beweisen kann, dass ihr oder ihrer Vertreterin oder ihrem Vertreter die Einhaltung der Frist infolge eines unverschuldeten Hindernisses nicht möglich war.
2. Das Gesuch um Wiederherstellung ist innert zehn Tagen seit Wegfall des Hindernisses einzureichen.
