Appeal Dismissed Due to Unauthorized Representation
This article is not explicitly cited in the dispositive orders 1-4, but as the decision is based on non-admission, this is the likely procedural basis for the entire process, however, based strictly on the rule to only include articles cited in the dispositive orders, none of the procedural grounds mentioned in section II (like Art. 38 VRG or Art. 15 Abs. 1 lit. c VRG) are explicitly repeated in the final orders 1-4.

A 2012 55 · gr (Art. 1. VRG)
Municipal Levy on Property Expansion vs. Renovation
This is likely a typographical error in the original document, as the costs were imposed based on Art. 73 Abs. 1 VRG, but since the dispositive lists the final order, 'Art. 73 Abs. 1 VRG' is the primary applicable cost provision, and the order does not explicitly cite 'Art. 1. VRG' for costs or ruling.
