Art. 9 VGS · Verfahren betreffend unentgeltliche Rechtspflege
1. Für den Entscheid über ein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege werden nur Kosten erhoben, wenn das Verfahren bös- oder mutwillig angestrengt worden ist.
2. In diesem Fall beträgt die Gerichtsgebühr 200 bis 2000 Franken.
