Verfahren vor Obergericht
Art. 7 VGS · Beschwerdeverfahren
1. Im Beschwerdeverfahren beträgt die Gerichtsgebühr 1000 bis 5000 Franken.
2. In besonders aufwendigen Verfahren kann die Gerichtsgebühr bis auf 25 000 Franken erhöht werden.
3. Ergeht der Entscheid der Beschwerdeinstanz in einzelrichterlicher Kompetenz, kann die Gerichtsgebühr herabgesetzt werden.
