1. Soweit diese Verordnung keine andere Bestimmung enthält, wird für Entscheide mit vorweggenommener Festlegung der Kosten (Art. 421 Abs. 2 StPO) eine Gerichtsgebühr von 200 bis 5000 Franken erhoben.
