Art. 37 EGzStPO · Verfahrenskosten

1. Die Tragung der Verfahrenskosten richtet sich nach der Strafprozessordnung und der Jugendstrafprozessordnung.

2. Die Gebühren bemessen sich nach dem Aufwand und den wirtschaftlichen Verhältnissen der kostenpflichtigen Person.

3. Die Gebühr beträgt höchstens 20 000 Franken. In Verfahren, die einen besonders grossen Aufwand verursachen, erhöht sich der Gebührenrahmen auf 100 000 Franken. Bei Verzicht auf ein vollständig begründetes Urteil wird die Gebühr angemessen reduziert.

4. Die Höhe der Gebühr wird durch Verordnung geregelt durch

a) die Regierung für Verfahren vor Verwaltungsbehörden und der Staatsanwaltschaft;

b) * das Obergericht für gerichtliche Verfahren.
