Art. 14 VGZ · Verfahren ohne Sachentscheid oder Entscheidbegründung
1. Wird ein Verfahren durch Vergleich, Anerkennung oder Rückzug beendet oder wird es aus anderen Gründen gegenstandslos, wird eine reduzierte Entscheidgebühr erhoben.
2. Die Entscheidgebühr wird um höchstens die Hälfte ermässigt, wenn die Parteien nach Eröffnung des Entscheids im Dispositiv keine Begründung verlangen.
