Art. 12 VGZ · Als Beschwerdeinstanz

1. Entscheidet das Obergericht als Kollegialgericht in Beschwerdeverfahren, beträgt die Entscheidgebühr 500 bis 8000 Franken.

2. In Fällen mit einzelrichterlicher Kompetenz beträgt die Entscheidgebühr 500 bis 4000 Franken.

3. Vorbehalten bleiben die Bestimmungen der Gebührenverordnung zum Bundesgesetz über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs.
