Art. 15 EGzZPO · Verfahrenskosten

1. Die Tragung der Prozesskosten richtet sich nach der Zivilprozessordnung.

2. Die Pauschalen für das Schlichtungsverfahren und die Entscheidgebühr bemessen sich nach dem Aufwand, dem Interesse und den wirtschaftlichen Verhältnissen der kostenpflichtigen Person.

3. Die Pauschale beträgt höchstens 30 000 Franken. In Verfahren, die einen besonders grossen Aufwand verursachen, erhöht sich der Gebührenrahmen auf 100 000 Franken. Bei Einigung oder Verzicht auf ein vollständig begründetes Urteil wird die Pauschale für das Schlichtungsverfahren beziehungsweise die Entscheidgebühr angemessen reduziert.

4. Das Obergericht regelt die Höhe der Pauschalen in einer Verordnung.
