Art. 16a AnwG · Parteientschädigung

1. Der Anspruch auf Parteientschädigung richtet sich nach der Gesetzgebung über die Zivil-, die Straf- und die Verwaltungsrechtspflege.

2. Die Parteientschädigung für die Kosten der anwaltlichen Vertretung in Verfahren vor Gerichts- und kantonalen Verwaltungsbehörden bemisst sich nach dem für eine sachgerechte Prozessführung notwendigen Zeitaufwand sowie der Schwierigkeit und der Bedeutung der Sache.
