Art. 19 EGzSchKG · Kosten

1. Kosten und Parteientschädigungen richten sich in allen Verfahren vor der Aufsichtsbehörde nach den Bestimmungen des Bundesrechtes und, wenn diesen nichts zu entnehmen ist, nach jenen der Zivilprozessordnung und der kantonalen Einführungsgesetzgebung.
