Art. 13 EGzSchKG · Aufsichtsbehörde
1. Einzige kantonale Aufsichtsbehörde gemäss Artikel 13 und Beschwerdeinstanz gemäss Artikel 17 des Bundesgesetzes über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs ist das Obergericht.
2. Das Obergericht bezeichnet die zuständigen Organe in der Geschäftsordnung.
