1. Die Gemeinden können den Erwerb von Ferienwohnungen und von Wohneinheiten in Aparthotels einschränken, indem sie insbesondere
a) eine Bewilligungssperre einführen;
b) * für den Erwerb aus einer Gesamtheit von Ferienwohnungen oder Wohneinheiten in Aparthotels eine Quote einführen;
c) den Erwerb auf neu zu erstellende Objekte beschränken;
d) * den Erwerb einzelner Ferienwohnungen nach Artikel 6 ausschliessen.
