1. Für das Verfahren vor der Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde gelten die allgemeinen Bestimmungen der Zivilprozessordnung und deren Regelungen betreffend das summarische Verfahren sinngemäss, soweit das übergeordnete Recht und dieses Gesetz nichts anderes vorsehen.
2. Die Verfahren im Bereich des Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzes sind nicht öffentlich.
