Art. 71 GOG · Stellvertretung

1. Die Richterinnen und Richter sind zur Stellvertretung in der anderen Kammer verpflichtet.

2. Kann ein Regionalgericht wegen Verhinderungs- oder Ausstandsgründen nicht vollzählig besetzt werden, kann das Obergericht es durch Mitglieder eines anderen Regionalgerichts ergänzen oder ein anderes Regionalgericht für zuständig erklären.
