Art. 57 GOG · Aktuarinnen und Aktuare ad hoc
1. Die Präsidentin oder der Präsident und die Abteilungsvorsitzenden entscheiden über den Beizug von Aktuarinnen und Aktuaren ad hoc.
2. Sofern ihr Pensum am Obergericht über 40 Stellenprozent beträgt, gelten für sie bezüglich Nebenbeschäftigungen dieselben Bestimmungen wie für die ordentlichen Aktuarinnen und Aktuare.
