Art. 54 GOG · 3. Zuständigkeit und Verfahren

1. Die für die Justiz zuständige Kommission des Grossen Rates ist abschliessend für die Zuwahl von ausserordentlichen Richterinnen und Richtern zuständig.

2. Sie legt mit der Zuwahl die Anzahl der ausserordentlichen Richterinnen und Richter, deren Beschäftigungsgrad und die Dauer des Beschäftigungsverhältnisses fest. Ein Nachtragskredit ist nicht nötig.

3. Das Zuwahlverfahren kann auf Antrag des Obergerichts oder von Amtes wegen eingeleitet werden.

4. Bei zeitlicher Dringlichkeit kann auf eine öffentliche Ausschreibung verzichtet werden, wenn eine qualitativ gute Besetzung gewährleistet ist.

5. Im Übrigen gelten Artikel 48 Absatz 3 und Artikel 50 für das Zuwahlverfahren sinngemäss.
