Art. 13 GOG · Entscheidausfertigung

1. Entscheide der Schlichtungsbehörden unterzeichnet die oder der Vorsitzende.

2. Entscheide der Gerichte unterzeichnen die oder der Vorsitzende und die Aktuarin oder der Aktuar. Unter Einhaltung der bundesrechtlichen Vorgaben kann die Geschäftsordnung eine abweichende Unterschriftenregelung vorsehen.
