Art. 31 GOG · Besondere Fälle

1. Der Landrat wählt auf Antrag der Verwaltungskommission der Gerichte die notwendigen ausserordentlichen Präsidien oder Mitglieder.

2. Besteht keine Regelung bei den verwaltungsunabhängigen Kommissionen und den Schiedsgerichten in den einschlägigen Vorschriften, ist Absatz 1 sinngemäss anwendbar.
