Art. 16 LRec · Contraventions

1. Sera puni d'une amende de 50 francs à 2000 francs celui qui

a) fait, utilise ou modifie une réclame sans avoir obtenu l'autorisation requise;

b) viole une interdiction de réclame.

2. Les sanctions pénales prévues par la législation fédérale en matière de circulation routière sont réservées.
