Art. 10 LAFC · Obligation de renseigner et de garder le secret

1. La personne qui sollicite des prestations ou qui en bénéficie déjà fournit gratuitement tous les renseignements nécessaires pour établir ce droit, fixer les prestations dues et faire valoir les prétentions récursoires.

2. L'ayant droit ou les tiers auxquels une prestation est versée sont tenus de communiquer à l'organe compétent toute modification importante des circonstances déterminantes pour l'octroi d'une prestation.

3. Les organes chargés de l'application de la présente loi sont tenus de garder à l'égard des tiers le secret sur leurs constatations.
