Art. 9 LClim · Adoption

1. Le projet de Plan Climat cantonal ainsi que le rapport établi conformément à l'article 11 al. 2 sont présentés au Grand Conseil, à titre consultatif.

2. Le Conseil d'Etat adopte le Plan Climat cantonal.
