Art. 12 LALCR · Principe

1. Les décisions prises en application de la présente loi sont sujettes à recours conformément au code de procédure et de juridiction administrative.

2. ...

3. Toutefois, l'Office peut rendre directement une décision avec voie de réclamation dans les cas d'avertissements ou de retraits ou interdictions dont la durée correspond aux seuils minimaux légaux prévus par la LCR.

4. Quiconque est atteint par une décision au sens de l'alinéa 3 a le droit de déposer une réclamation écrite et motivée auprès de l'Office dans un délai de 30 jours dès réception de la décision querellée.
