Art. 8 LMob · Communes

1. Sous réserve des attributions de la Direction, les communes exercent la surveillance sur les réseaux de mobilité communaux et routes privées à usage public.

2. Les communes exercent les tâches qui leur sont confiées par la présente loi et la réglementation d'exécution.
