Art. 39 LMob · Programme de construction des routes cantonales

1. La Direction établit un programme de construction, qui détermine l'ordre dans lequel les routes cantonales sont construites, réaménagées et assainies.

2. Il ne peut être dérogé à l'ordre de construction prévu par le programme de construction que dans des cas justifiés, notamment en cas d'urgence ou d'intérêts publics prépondérants.
