Art. 54 LDCh · En général

1. Les décisions prises en application de la présente loi sont sujettes à recours conformément au code de procédure et de juridiction administrative.

2. Le recours contre une mesure prise en application des articles 21 al. 3, 23 al. 1, 24, 26 al. 1 et 27 al. 1 let. a à h n'a pas d'effet suspensif.
