Art. 60 LATeC · Réglementation afférente au plan d'affectation des zones

1. Le conseil communal édicte la réglementation afférente au plan d'affectation des zones qui comprend les prescriptions d'aménagement et de construction applicables dans les zones définies.

2. La réglementation peut également prévoir une répartition des fonctions dans les bâtiments, notamment pour garantir des logements familiaux en suffisance.

3. Les communes peuvent aggraver les restrictions découlant du droit cantonal; elles ne peuvent les alléger que dans les cas prévus par les dispositions cantonales.
