Art. 13 Loi sur l'imposition des bateaux (LIBat) - Adaptation du tarif

1. Le Grand Conseil peut adapter le tarif à l'indice moyen annuel des prix à la consommation, pour autant que cet indice varie d'au moins 5 %.

2. L'adaptation entre en vigueur au plus tôt le 1er avril qui suit l'année au cours de laquelle l'indice a atteint un niveau suffisant pour justifier une adaptation.
