Art. 17 LSub · Mode de calcul des subventions
1. Les subventions doivent être limitées notamment par la fixation de forfaits, de montants globaux, de plafonds ou exceptionnellement de taux plafonds.
2. Lorsque la subvention est fixée en pourcentage, le montant maximal des dépenses subventionnables doit en principe être défini à l'avance.
