Art. 8 Tarif JA · Honoraires

1. Les honoraires alloués pour la représentation ou l'assistance de la partie sont fixés entre 200 et 10'000 francs. Dans les affaires d'une ampleur ou d'une complexité particulière, le maximum s'élève à 40'000 francs. La fixation des honoraires dus à titre de dépens a lieu sur la base d'un tarif horaire de 250 francs.

2. En cas d'action, les honoraires sont fixés conformément aux articles 66 et 67 du règlement sur la justice.
