Art. 1 Tarif JA · Limites
1. L'émolument de juridiction administrative est compris entre 50 et 50'000 francs. L'émolument minimal perçu par le Tribunal cantonal est de 100 francs.
2. Dans les affaires d'une ampleur ou d'une complexité particulière, le maximum de l'émolument est de 100'000 francs.
