Art. 91 CPJA · Débats

1. Si les parties le demandent ou si le règlement de l'affaire le requiert, le Tribunal cantonal et les commissions de recours qui statuent en dernière instance cantonale ordonnent des débats.

1bis. Des débats ne peuvent être requis lorsque la cause semble manifestement bien fondée ou mal fondée, pour les questions purement techniques, les questions d'assistance judiciaire ou de récusation.

2. Les débats sont publics. Le huis clos peut cependant être prononcé si un intérêt public ou privé l'exige.

3. Le procès-verbal de l'audience est tenu conformément aux dispositions du code de procédure civile.
