Art. 84 CPJA · Effet suspensif

1. Le recours a effet suspensif.

2. Sauf si la décision porte sur une prestation en argent, l'autorité inférieure peut prévoir qu'un recours éventuel n'aura pas d'effet suspensif; sous la même réserve, l'autorité de recours peut retirer l'effet suspensif après le dépôt du recours.

3. L'autorité de recours ou, s'il s'agit d'une autorité collégiale, le ou la juge délégué-e à l'instruction peut restituer l'effet suspensif à un recours auquel l'autorité inférieure l'avait retiré; la demande de restitution est traitée sans délai.
