Art. 27 CPJA · Computation

1. Les délais fixés en jours commencent à courir le lendemain du jour de leur communication ou de l'événement qui les déclenche.

2. L'échéance du délai est reportée au premier jour utile qui suit lorsqu'elle tombe sur un samedi, un dimanche, l'Ascension, le lundi de Pentecôte, la Fête-Dieu (le 2e jeudi après Pentecôte), le 1er août, le 15 août, le 1er novembre ou le 8 décembre.

3. Pour le surplus, les articles 76 et 77 du code des obligations s'appliquent par analogie.
