Art. 138 CPJA · Exclusion et réduction
1. La partie qui, par sa faute, n'a pas obtenu satisfaction dans la procédure antérieure n'a pas droit à une indemnité de partie.
2. Lorsqu'une partie n'obtient que partiellement gain de cause, l'indemnité est réduite en proportion.
