Art. 133 CPJA · Collectivités publiques

1. Des frais de procédure ne peuvent pas être exigés de la Confédération, de l'Etat, des communes et d'autres personnes morales de droit public, ainsi que des particuliers et des institutions privées chargés de tâches de droit public, à moins que leurs intérêts patrimoniaux ne soient en cause.
