Art. 33 RJ · Objet

1. Les dispositions suivantes déterminent les frais qui peuvent être mis à la charge des justiciables pour les affaires pénales traitées par les autorités judiciaires du canton de Fribourg et pour les prestations requises des greffes de ces autorités.

2. Ces frais comprennent

a) les émoluments de justice;

b) les débours.

3. Les dispositions du droit fédéral ou des conventions intercantonales en matière de tarifs sont réservées, de même que les dispositions de la législation cantonale spéciale.
