1. La Cour des assurances sociales connaît des contestations concernant notamment

a) les assurances sociales;

b) les allocations familiales et de maternité;

c) l'aide financière en matière d'assurance-maladie;

d) l'aide sociale et l'assistance en situation de détresse aux termes de l'article 12 de la Constitution fédérale du 18 avril 1999.
